Bulova - Accutron vintage cal. 214 in 18k yellow gold

In 1952, Bulova employee Max Hetzel presented the "Accutron" project, short for "Accuracy" and "Electronic". This electronic watch offers an unprecedented level of precision. The secret lies in a small tuning fork calibrated at 360 Hz, which divides each second into hundreds of equal parts.

 

This Accutron has a 34 mm case in 18-carat yellow gold and contains the iconic Bulova Accutron 214 caliber from the 1960s. This watch is in very good condition and has been well preserved over time.
