Here is this superb Patek Philippe Gondolo Tonneau, reference 5030, dating from around 1996. A true collector’s piece combining the distinctive elegance of the Gondolo collection with a beautifully proportioned tonneau-shaped case and the automatic calibre 315 SC.

Its 34 mm tonneau-shaped case is crafted from 18-carat white gold, with the hallmarks still clearly visible along the edge of the case. Its proportions and gently curved lines give the watch an elegant presence on the wrist while retaining the refinement characteristic of Patek Philippe creations from this period.

The opaline-white dial features beautiful applied polished Breguet numerals, which catch the light and give the dial remarkable depth. They are complemented by two Breguet-style hands and a slender central seconds hand in a matching metallic tone, creating a particularly clean and harmonious appearance. A pearl-style minute track runs around the dial, while the date window is positioned at 3 o’clock and the Patek Philippe Genève signature appears at 12 o’clock.

It is powered by the automatic Patek Philippe calibre 315 SC, featuring 29 jewels, beating at 21,600 vibrations per hour and offering approximately 45 hours of power reserve. The movement is distinguished by its beautiful gold oscillating weight decorated with the Calatrava cross.

The movement will be regulated as closely as possible to ensure the best possible timekeeping performance considering its age.

The watch is currently fitted with a crocodile leather strap and its original Patek Philippe buckle in 18-carat white gold, with its hallmarks still clearly visible.
