- Record Watch Co. - Vintage Automatic Antimagnetic Bumper Cal. 162 Circa 1947
Here is a Record Vintage Antimagnetic Automatic, equipped with a Bumper movement, dating back to around 1947.
Its 34mm steel case houses a grey dial with subtle signs of oxidation. It features a railway minute track for reading the seconds and black Arabic numeral indexes. The hour and minute hands retain their original luminous material, while these hands, along with the seconds hand, are beautifully blued.
The case back is engraved, marking it as a gift given for Christmas 1947. The case alternates between polished and satin-finished surfaces on the sides, adding character, while its curved lugs give it an impressive wrist presence despite its 34mm size.
It is powered by the Record 162 caliber, an automatic movement with 17 jewels, beating at a frequency of 18,000 A/h.
This collectible watch comes with our 6-month warranty.
