Musette - Resist Chronograph Jumbo Vintage Landeron 187 Ref. 1006

Here is a vintage Musette Resist Chronograph Jumbo, reference 1006, dating from the 1960s.

Its 37 mm stainless steel case houses a beautiful silver sunburst dial that has retained all of its vintage appeal. The dial features two subdials: a running seconds counter at 9 o'clock and a 30-minute chronograph register at 3 o'clock. A date window is positioned at 6 o'clock, while the outer edge of the dial is enhanced by a blue tachymeter scale and a red telemeter scale, giving the watch a distinctive and highly attractive appearance. Faceted applied hour markers and faceted baton hands complete the design. The dial feet are slightly visible between 1 and 2 o'clock and again between 7 and 8 o'clock, a cosmetic detail occasionally found on vintage watches.

Powering the watch is the renowned Landeron 187 manual-winding chronograph movement. It beats at 18,000 vibrations per hour, features 17 jewels, and provides approximately 41 hours of power reserve.

The watch is fitted with a new brown Saffiano leather strap paired with a stainless steel pin buckle.
