Insured Delivery

All orders placed through our platform are shipped directly from our premises in Geneva. We use FedEx for international shipments and Swiss Post for deliveries within Switzerland.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on your delivery address. To find out the exact amount, simply create a customer account, enter your address and add the desired item to your cart. The applicable shipping costs will then be displayed before you complete your order.

All items listed on our website are physically in our possession. Once your payment has been received and confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment as quickly as possible. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel is ready to be handed over to the carrier.

All products shipped by Watch Spare Sàrl are fully insured during transit. In the event of a lost parcel, an insurance claim will be opened and a refund will be issued once the claim has been approved and settled by the insurance provider.

As our company is based in Switzerland, international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, local VAT or other charges upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and remain the responsibility of the buyer, in accordance with the import regulations and taxation applicable in their country. The buyer is responsible for paying any such charges to the relevant authorities.

As customs duties and taxes vary depending on the destination country, we are unable to guarantee their amount in advance. For an accurate estimate of any charges that may apply to your order, we recommend contacting the customs authorities in your country directly. Our team also remains available should you have any questions regarding your shipment.

We strive to prepare and dispatch every parcel promptly in order to minimize delays. Delivery times begin from the day of dispatch. While we make every effort to ensure a smooth delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs procedures in the destination country, local duties and taxes, or any other processing carried out by local authorities.
