Here is this Piaget Polo Quartz Lady, reference 8243, dating from around 1990. A rare and particularly elegant ladies’ interpretation of one of Piaget’s most iconic designs.

Its 20 mm yellow gold case fully embraces the distinctive Polo aesthetic, with the characteristic alternation of satin-brushed and polished surfaces extending onto the gold-tone dial. The dial itself remains beautifully understated, featuring a beaded minute track and two slender dauphine hands, allowing the architectural design of the case to take centre stage.

The watch is powered by a Piaget quartz movement, fully serviced directly by the manufacture in 2026. It is presented today in exceptional condition, with the engravings on the caseback remaining particularly well preserved.

It is fitted with a vintage black lizard strap and its rare original Piaget yellow gold buckle, whose design directly echoes the signature aesthetic of the Polo collection.
