Here is a Seiko Prospex JDM First Alpinist Re-Creation Limited Edition, dating back to circa 2021, reference SBEN001.

Its 36.6 mm stainless steel case faithfully reproduces the proportions of the original 1959 model. The deep black dial features luminous triangular markers with the signature triangle at 12 o’clock. A fine outer minute track surrounds the dial, along with a discreet date window between 4 and 5 o’clock and dauphine hands ensuring excellent legibility. The watch is fitted with a sapphire crystal.

This is a limited edition of 1,959 pieces, made for the Japanese domestic market (JDM).

The watch is powered by the Seiko 6L35 automatic calibre with 26 jewels and approximately 45 hours of power reserve. It is considered a very prestigious movement within Seiko, close to Grand Seiko standards.

It is offered as a full set with its original box and papers. It comes fitted with its original leather strap and signed buckle.

The watch is in unworn condition.
