Its 31 mm cushion-shaped case in 18k yellow gold houses a lightly patinated silver dial, featuring applied Breguet-style gold numerals. A railroad minute track runs around the outer edge, with a blued small seconds sub-dial positioned at 6 o’clock.

Its elegant gold hands and small seconds are powered by Patek Philippe’s Caliber 12. The watch is fitted with its original Patek Philippe leather strap and signed yellow gold buckle.
