- Favre Leuba - Vintage "Coffee Dial" Manual Winding Circa 1980 Ref. 3611-52
Here is this vintage Favre-Leuba “Coffee Dial”, reference 3611-52, dating from circa 1980. An elegant dress watch with a particularly minimalist design, now distinguished by the unique evolution of its dial.
Its 31 mm case combines stainless steel and white-gold plating and features an unusual construction highlighted by small exposed screws around the bezel. It houses a superb minimalist black dial on which a warm coffee-toned patina is beginning to develop towards the centre, gradually giving this particular example a character of its own. The dial is simply punctuated by four discreet hour markers at the cardinal positions and the Favre-Leuba Genève signature.
The time is displayed by two elegant polished steel dauphine hands. The crown is topped by a black cabochon, perfectly complementing the dial and the distinctive lines of the case.
The watch is powered by the manually wound Peseux 7001 calibre, featuring 17 jewels and operating at 21,600 vibrations per hour. It provides a power reserve of approximately 42 hours. The movement will be regulated as closely as possible to achieve the best possible timekeeping performance considering its age.
It is fitted with a brown leather strap and its original Favre-Leuba-signed buckle.
It comes with our 6-month warranty.
