Here is this Omega Genève Automatic, reference 165.070, dating from around 1971. An elegant vintage watch with classic proportions, representative of Omega’s creations from the early 1970s.
Its stainless-steel case measures 35 mm and features clean, well-balanced lines. The silver sunburst-finished dial is fitted with applied baton hour markers complemented by luminous plots. The baton-style hands also retain their original luminous material, while a slender central seconds hand completes the display. The “Genève” signature is positioned at 6 o’clock.
The watch retains its original plexiglass crystal with the Omega logo at its centre, as well as its signed Omega crown.
It is powered by the automatic Omega calibre 552, featuring 24 jewels, beating at 19,800 vibrations per hour and offering approximately 50 hours of power reserve. The movement will be regulated as closely as possible to ensure the best possible timekeeping performance considering its age.
It is fitted with an Omega stainless-steel Milanese bracelet, particularly supple and comfortable on the wrist. Its adjustable system allows it to accommodate wrists up to approximately 20.5 cm.
It comes with our 6-month warranty.
